The twelfth and final installment in the Northern Virginia Economic Development Alliance (NOVA EDA) Business Resiliency webinar series is this Thursday, Sept. 17. Created for NOVA businesses to ensure they have the latest and best possible information from a variety of experts, the twelve-session series focuses on how to keep moving forward during and after the current global pandemic.
“Strategic Planning in a Digital World” will be held on Sept. 17 at 2:00 p.m. Business disruptions are commonplace, but not on the scale seen during 2020. From air travel to the workplace to socializing, shopping, education, public health, unemployment, remote working, personal safety, public unrest, even wildfires, 2020 has so far presented a decade’s worth of disruption.
Yet, from this disruption have come benefits, the accelerated adoption of digital technologies, the validation of productivity of remote workers, creative solutions to customer engagement, new business models for traditional businesses, and more.
How do we leverage 2020 to build a smarter, better business? How do we embrace disruption as part of our business planning? How do we place digital innovation at the core of our business models to create greater value and better services to our customers, and increased performance of our teams?
