This Weekend in Occoquan!

Friday, Oct. 24

First, head to River Mill Park on Friday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. for an 80s themed murder mystery night, Murder at the Prom. This event has quickly become a crowd favorite, with an interactive mystery paired with a fun dress-to-impress theme, photo booth, dessert, and on-site bar with specialty cocktails.

Saturday, Oct. 25

Then on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 10 a.m., Occoquan will host the annual Costume Parade & Contest, where dressed up kids and adults can parade down Mill Street into River Mill Park, for judging, prizes, and fun activities.

After the parade, you are invited to trick-or-treat your way back through town while voting for your favorite business decor and staff costumes, as part of the Halloween Spirit Contest! One lucky voter will receive a Halloween themed basket of goodies from town businesses!

Finish off the evening with a family-favorite, Movie in the Park: Hocus Pocus, at 7 p.m. Fresh popcorn, movie theater boxes of candy, drinks, hot cocoa, and beer/wine will be available onsite to purchase.
