Students looking for the academic challenges offered by a Governor’s School should consider applying to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. It is a four-year, full-day magnet school in Fairfax County. While the focus is in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, it also has a full complement of activities for all students and interests.
Eighth-grade students interested in applying to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology are invited to attend one of these information sessions:
Porter Traditional School, Sept. 19 at 6:30 p. m.
Saunders Middle School, Sept. 20 at 10:00 a. m.
Reagan Middle School, Sept. 25 at 6:00 p. m.
