Tribute at The Glen, an assisted living and memory care facility in Woodbridge, is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a special dinner for its residents to be held on Monday, Feb. 26.
Kimberly Smith, President of Tribute at the Glen said, “We are here because of our residents and are so thankful for the opportunity to serve such an amazing group of people. We wanted to show our appreciation to the residents, so it’s a party exclusively for them!”
Tribute created a special menu that includes Mini Crab Cakes made with jumbo lump crab, old bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and green onions, Caesar Salad, Surf & Turf beef tenderloin with seared shrimp or Caprese Stuffed Chicken mozzarella and tomato stuffed chicken breast accompanied by green beans with bacon & garlic mashed potatoes. For dessert, residents will be served dark, milk and white chocolate mousse layers with chocolate shavings.
Each resident will receive a special anniversary appreciation gift as well – a mug with the Tribute logo on it.
Tribute’s first two residents will be cutting a special anniversary cake and will be receiving a plaque in honor that says “Thank you for being the first resident to come home to the Glen.”
Meagan Cunningham, Tribute’s Director of Excitement said, “The residents have truly enjoyed living at the Glen for the first year. They often boast to their families or loved ones that the Glen is the place to be.”
Tribute at The Glen, which opened in January 2017, offers assisted living and memory care. The senior living community blends detailed luxury with care, safety and a high quality of life. The entire building is saturated with WiFi so team members can communicate and families can access the Internet when visiting. For more information, visit tributeattheglen.com.
