Learn more about the home buying process including the advantages and disadvantages of home ownership.
During the workshop:
- We will discuss the use of a household spending plan and how it affects how much mortgage you can afford.
- We will talk about:
- Credit and credit reports,
- How to adjust your budget to improve your credit score,
- How to prepare and shop for a loan,
- What to expect when working with a Realtor and the other professionals involved in the process.
